This is the shared flight channel. You are booking a seat, not the whole aircraft, and you are quoted per seat. Same aircraft, same operators and same $500 deposit as any Alta Jets charter.

Where are you going?
One way. Shared trips are quoted one way.The seat price is the whole aircraft divided by this number. You pick it, and every one of those seats has to be claimed for the trip to fly.

After you deposit
What happens, in order
- 1 hour
- Your Detailed Estimate Report arrives, priced per seat at the number you chose, with the aircraft that fit, live market pricing and operator safety standing.
- 48 hours
- You say yes or no. Say no and the $500 comes back in full, no questions.
- Say yes
- Your trip posts to the shared flights board and the open seats go up for others to claim.
- Every seat
- You get an email each time one is taken, and everybody hears when there is one seat left. Nothing is charged while you wait.
- 5 business days
- Every seat claimed, signed and paid by wire transfer the same day, at least five business days before wheels up, which is why we ask you to propose two weeks ahead at the very least.
- Seats full
- Say yes on your report to move forward and your trip goes live for others to join. Formal quotes go out only once every seat is filled and every passenger has said yes. Then everyone signs and pays by wire transfer the same day, at least five business days before wheels up.
Three ways your deposit comes straight back
- We do not fill the seats you asked for.
- Prices rise and we cannot honor your price per seat.
- High demand means we cannot secure an aircraft for the trip.
The $500 deposit is not the charter agreement. It unlocks your Detailed Estimate Report, and formal quotes go out only once every seat is filled and every passenger has said yes. A full refund is the remedy in each case. We take on no liability beyond returning your deposit if a trip does not come together, and you are never charged for a flight that does not fly.
